1.In a wide range of pressure, can provide uniform spary distribution. A continuous and stable slurry injection pressure is required.

2.The factor to measure the spray efficiency is the size of the droplet formed by the nozzle under a given pressure. That is, the curve of the relationship between the injection pressure and the average particle size of the spray, defined as the average Sauter Diameter SMD-Sauter Meam Diameter. The atomization particle size D32 required by the general process is 2000-3000μm.

3.To achieve uniform distribution of spray while providing a large free channel to ensure good anti-blocking performance.
