Function Introduction |
crucibles (with pin), lids and rupture disks. The gold-plated steel crucibles have proven highly effective in the field of safety investigations. They can only be used for one measurement each. The maximum pressure is 15 MPa. High-pressure crucibles up to 15 MPa The high-pressure 40 μL crucibles can withstand an internal pressure of 15 MPa. This makes them perfect for use with highly reactive materials. Gold-plated steel crucibles The steel crucibles (exact material: X2 CrNiMo18143) are plated with a 5 µm gold coating. This avoids undesired reactions between sample and crucible. Single-use crucible Sealing the lids makes these crucibles so tight that they cannot be reopened again. This means they cannot be reused. |

Usage note:
Only be used for one measurement each.
The maximum pressure is 22 MPa.
The crucible lid is pressed into the crucible with the aid of a toggle press with a pressure of about a ton so that the rupture disk (Gold,Au 700/531) hermetically seals the crucible.
Notice :
To ensure heat transfer efficiency between sample and sensor, please select quality sample pan/crucible with suitable temperature range to conduct experiment, so to get the most accurate effect.
Quality sample pan and crucible is helpful to expand DSC application range. With more sample put in large sized sample pan/crucible to measure weak thermal effect, and to get better resolution, light sample pan/crucible with better thermal conductivity can be used.
Special offer: Most of our crucibles are produced to OEM order, please mark clearly height, bottom diameter, top diameter, wall thickness and any special requirements i.e. lips etc. To speed up quotations please supply a drawing and if appropriate, the name of the system in which they are to be used.
