Features

The 25 uL aluminum crucible is optimized for enthalpy measurements which aim to achieve the best possible reproducibility. The flat base with a diameter of 4 mm and the crucible height of 1.6 mm ensure that the temperature gradients are kept as low as possible.

The crucible can be hermetically sealed to suppress endothermic evaporation, vaporization or sublimation when carrying out DSC measurements on volatile substances. The maximum permissible pressure is 0.2 MPa.

Notice

To ensure heat transfer efficiency between sample and sensor, please select quality sample pan/crucible with suitable temperature range to conduct experiment, so to get the most accurate effect.

Quality sample pan and crucible is helpful to expand DSC application range. With more sample put in large sized sample pan/crucible to measure weak thermal effect, and to get better resolution, light sample pan/crucible with better thermal conductivity can be used.
