Zirconia ceramic ball valves not only have the major advantages of metal valve, but also have the excellent characteristics of wear-resisting, acid/alkali-resisting, corrosion-resisting, heat-proof, high toughness and static-proofing, so it will not cause material and environmental pollution even in a ragged condition, and have been widely used in acid/alkali gas, liquid, steam and transport system, industries such as petrochemical, metallurgy, paper-making, power station, oil refining. This product, its accuracy and wear-proofing is not impacted by cold/heat expansion. It could maintain fine performance and longer service life even in bad conditions of the fluid. Zirconia ball valve also has advantages of low cost, high efficiency and long service life (2 to 4 times of titanium valve).
